Fred Goes Camping

I have a card to share today that I created with the papers from the October Afternoon "Campfire" collection. They are available in The Scrappy Chick Boutique in individual sheets, a 6x6 sampler, and in page kits!

I used the stamp set "Fred Bear Goes Camping" from My Favorite Things. He comes complete with lots of sentiments and accessories. Isn't he precious? The star border is also by My Favorite Things.

October Afternoon Campfire Layouts Kit

This Quick Chick Kit contains enough to create 2 double page 12 x12 layouts for your favorite camping/hiking memories. All pieces are PRE-CUT and ready to assemble! The papers, chipboard, and buttons for this kit are from October Afternoon's Campfire Collection...extra paper is available in the shop sold individually. A white gel pen is recommended for bordering mats (available in the shop). And I stitched along the edges of some of my mats with a regular sewing machine. Kit comes with directions and full color photo.

I have kits in the house at The Scrappy Chick Boutique!! At least the first two are up!! First kit is the School Days kit featuring Bo Bunny's "Learning Curve" line.

The other kit released today is the Summer Kit I peeked for you a while back! This kit features papers/embellishments from the October Afternoon "Fly a Kite" line.

It includes enough to make at least 2 layouts, directions are included for the 2 sets I created shown below, but again you can use the materials to get creative!

For now , I have shipping set for an automatic $8. I have boxes that may be cheaper than priority. If shipping is more to you I will cover the difference, if its less then I will refund you!

Berry Sweet!

I am still waiting and waiting on all these boxes of product! Its going to drive me insane I know! BUT in the meantime, I had already purchased some fun papers from the October Afternoon line "Fly A Kite". My first kit will have a selection of these cute and vintage papers in it! This is sort of an end of summer celebration.

Here is a layout that I created with 2 of my kids. One of their favorite things about summer is cookouts and all the great food! This page could also be used for strawberry picking, cute kids, etc. And of course the layout could stay the same with a different title...loads of options :)

So look out soon for the Sweet Summer Hip Chick Kit! When all the goodies arrive at my doorstep I will take a shot of what the whole kit will include.

And not to worry, there will be lots of fall themes ahead soon too, but I can't spoil all the surprises at once!
